Celebrating Recognition as a NJBIZ 2024 Forty Under 40

On August 9, 2024, Assemblywoman Heather Simmons of the New Jersey 3rd Legislative District extended her congratulations to our Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Americas, Stella H. Kim, for being named a NJBIZ 2024 Forty Under 40 Honoree.
A trailblazer in public service, Assemblywoman Simmons has been a dedicated advocate for economic development and small businesses. From 2011 to 2023, she served as Gloucester County’s longest-serving female Commissioner and made history in 2022 as the first woman elected Deputy Director to the Board of Commissioners. Her commitment to economic development and advocacy for small businesses has earned her several accolades and Simmons remains a driving force behind initiatives that promote workforce development, job growth, and community support.
“Being included in this distinguished group of professionals is a remarkable accomplishment, and it reflects your commitment to excellence and innovation. Your achievements and leadership have undoubtedly made a significant impact, and it is inspiring to see your efforts acknowledged in this way,” stated Assemblywoman Heather Simmons in her congratulatory letter.
This remarkable achievement has also garnered the attention of the famous Korean media outlet, The Korea Daily, which featured coverage of Stella’s NJBIZ 40 Under Forty recognition as the only Asian-American woman in the past four years. The article also noted Stella’s impact at HRCap as she expanded the organization’s capabilities by building out the executive search firm. Under her leadership, HRCap was named a Top 10 Executive Search Firm in Asia-Pacific and a Top 5 Executive Search Firm in Korea.
