HRCap's CEO, Andrew Sungsoo Kim, has been named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the Chief Learning Officer of the Year category and a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Human Resources Executive of the Year category for 2022.

The Stevie Awards, the world's premier business awards created in 2002, honor and generate recognition for the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and professionals worldwide. The Stevie has become one of the world's most coveted prizes, consisting of eight programs that focus on recognizing companies in different categories. They attract more than 12,000 nominations each year from global organizations in more than 70 nations.

Of those eight programs, the Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best companies to work for and the HR teams and professionals, HR achievements, new products and services, and suppliers who help to create and drive great workplaces. More than 950 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 26 nations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories, including Achievement in Workplace Safety & Compliance, Employer of the Year, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, Human Resources Team of the Year, Employee Relations Solution Provider of the Year among others.

Out of those categories, HRCap, Inc. was nominated in two HR Individual categories: (1) the Chief Learning Officer of the Year Award recognizes the achievements of executives who focus on the training and skills, and knowledge-advancement of organizations, and contribute to the growth of the subject field and the global industry. (2) Human Resources Executive of the Year Award recognizes the achievements of HR executives at the VP level or higher.

More than 100 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award winners. Winners in the Employer of the Year categories were determined by a unique blending of the ratings of the professional judges and more than 80,000 public votes. The public vote was sponsored by HiBob.
