Webinar: Friday, March 1 - 12:30PM-1PM ET
In this online Roundtable Discussion, we will look at trends and challenges this community faces around career progression. We will discuss shared experiences, where we have had success, and where we need to continue to break through. By fostering an open dialogue, we aim to celebrate and glean insights from each other's successes, as well as areas for improvement and innovation.
Unlocking and Empowering Women
Webinar: Friday, March 15 - 12:30PM-1PM ET
In this online Roundtable Discussion II, we will discuss the benefits and differences between mentorships and sponsorships. We will explore how mentors can provide the necessary guidance and wisdom while sponsors can unlock opportunities and advocate for advancement. From adaptive leadership styles to emotional intelligence, we will explore trends and skills needed to excel in executive leadership positions.
Breaking Barriers: Accelerating Progress for AAPI Women
In-person Event: Wednesday, March 27 or Thursday, March 28 (To be Confirmed)
Our last event of this series will be an in-person event in northern New Jersey where we will come together to hear how others have overcome the challenges to accelerate our careers. Additionally, there will be a chance to network with leaders and professionals and share stories of success.
