As Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month comes to close, HRCap dedicates this week’s HR Insights to AAPI language fluency diversity across professional industries such as HR, Finance, IT Services, and Energy. The top 10 AAPI languages spoken by employees/candidates include Hindi, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Urdu, Vietnamese, Tamil and Gujarati.
